Customer Service Agent
Reference: MAY
Location: Coventry
Salary: £28,168 pa + bonus up to £1,387 pa OTE
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week
Responsibilities
Manage the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Sourcing vehicles, managing bookings, resolving customer queries, handling account administration, and coordinating vehicle movements in and out of branch.
Support vehicle deliveries and collections, checking customers in and out at the branch.
Assist with vehicle valeting as required to maintain our high presentation standards.
Provide excellent service with confidence and professionalism, quickly building rapport with both internal colleagues and external customers.
