Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Able to apply sales and marketing techniques relevant to work area
- Able to deal effectively with customers within given parameters
- Able to apply basic Health and Safety procedures relevant to own work functions under direct supervision
- Able to identify hazards and handle with direct instructions/guidance in place
Responsibilities
- Identify statistics required to assist in managing the branch
- Develop methods of being able to extract statistics information
- Constantly maintain available statistics
- Analyse all monthly reports
- Encourage professionalism at all levels
- Liaise with customer to execute services of collection, delivery, query or quote
