Overview
OTD Americas is looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team in the United States. Our ideal candidate has a strong command of English and a passion for customer service. Prior call center experience is not required – we will provide full training.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers.
- Cross‑sell telecommunications products and services to meet commercial campaign goals.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- English level B2+ or higher (fluent in speaking and writing).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must reside in Bogotá and be available for on‑site work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $2,850,000 COP (bi‑weekly payments) plus unlimited sales commissions.
- Indefinite contract (42 hours/week).
