Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM!
Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour!
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner. Route complex questions to the appropriate team member.Order & Quote Entry: Assist with entering customer quotes, orders, and return material authorizations (RMAs) into the system accurately.
