Job Description
Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of personal and departmental email, forwarding and follow-up;
- Entering material requests, following up on their supply and invoicing;
- Supporting the sales team with delivery status requests, stock, material codes;
- Management and forwarding of customer complaints;
- Management of the customer database;
- Interaction with other departments, whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- High School and/or Bachelor's Degree in Health or similar fields (preferably);
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 and/or S4;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word);
