We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Membership & Registration team. The role focuses on reviewing, updating, and cleaning data in the company CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Review and update data within Salesforce CRM.
- Identify and manage duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Validate and correct administrative and account data.
- Ensure database quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support administrative and customer service activities within the department.
Requirements
- Diploma or university degree.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or data cleaning/data entry activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
