Job Summary:
Act as a Chief Control Steward of the Branches covered in his Tour of Duty (ToD), in charge of the overall execution, supervision and management of operational flow and efficient service delivery in the branch of assignment on a temporary basis, with emphasis on the observance and compliance to regulations, bank policies, procedures and the code of ethics.
Job Description:
- While functioning as BOO in his ToD of branches, ensures the avoidance of monetary losses and/or penalties by imposing strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies, procedures and control mechanisms, with utmost accuracy and timeliness
- Contributes to the Area’s average Audit rating/performance by strictly imposing on his ToD branches, adherence to the internal control measures and practices in processing all branch transactions and in performing all functions
