Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in enquiries and requests relating to insurance policies and services
- Provide support and resolve customer issues within agreed service timelines
- Manage customer feedback, appeals, and general enquiries professionally
- Deliver a positive customer service experience across all interactions
- Follow up on unresolved matters and coordinate with relevant teams when required
- Support other customer service channels and operational activities as assigned
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties to support business operations
- May be required to support different service locations when needed
