Purpose of the Position
- Will act as the first point of contact for Region South Pacific' customer in relation to order placement and order related queries and customer inquiries, complaints, product and account information
Principal Responsibilities
- Prepare, process and ensure that orders are created in SAP correctly.
- Accurate identification and recording of customer inquiries, with appropriate ownership and resolution.
- Minimize customer dissatisfaction by ensuring inquiries are handled within agreed timescales.
- Establish positive relationships with customers to maintain loyalty.
- Accurate and maximum utilization of SAP functionality in maintenance of customer master database and CRM functionalities, particularly tele query to capture all customer inquiries to support CRM intent.
