Responsibility To handle customer's enquiry and resolve any potential issue with their orders. Input customers' order into system and follow up closely to ensure timely delivery. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. To work with liners & carriers for good pricing & schedule. Handle ship agency documentation and formalities & Singapore Customs permit declaration. Offer one-stop services including Trucking & Warehousing services. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned. Accounting Duties: Involve in billing and maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry and expense reports. Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements Diploma or Degree in related field of studies. Minimum 1 years of related working experiences.
