Job Description
As part of the Customer Service department of our client, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Handle clients' issues via phone and email.
- Organize planning for internal stakeholders
- Work on Data management: register correct data and keep the database up to date, solves issue with incomplete files for example.
- Assist on process optimizations within the department.
The ideal Customer Service for our client would have the following skills :
- A Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Fluency in French and Dutch.
- Strong experience with Excel (advanced Pivot table knowledge).
- Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Team Player mentality.
