Customer Service (bulk)

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end order process, from purchase to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time


• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, providing clear and proactive communication


• Coordinate purchasing activities, send order confirmations, and ensure suppliers meet agreed deadlines


• Handle and resolve issues such as delays, damages, and complaints, maintaining high service quality


• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and keep a clear overview in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Working at a leading global distributor in a customer-focused role.You have bulk experience and at least B2-level Dutch skills.
