Job Scope
Attend to inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests promptly Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, or procedures Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary Meet service standards, response times, and KPIs Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships at all times Assist with administrative and documentation duties when required Support team operations and participate in training sessions Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Able to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Prior customer service or call centre experience preferred
