Title: Customer Service Clerk
Location: Schertz, TX 78154
Contract Length: 3–6 months (with potential for permanent placement)
Pay rate: $20/hr. on w2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Ability to create and interpret bar graphs
- Strong ability to read and interpret invoices, credit memos, statements, emails, and safety guidelines
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Familiarity with financial statements and reports
- Experience in a high-volume inbound call center
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
