Job Description
Responsibilities
- Counter duties such as registration, manage payments, promotion of packages etc.
- Assist clinic manager with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Attend to walk-in patients and phone enquiries.
- Assist patients with the booking of their appointments and health screening.
- Generate/tabulate data and administrative work.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Preferably with relevant working experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
