The Customer Service Co-ordinator will provide essential support across customer service and sales administration functions. Key duties include:
Acting as a main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, managing requests, and providing delivery updates. Maintaining accurate customer records, tracking order progress, and updating stock information. Working closely with internal departments including sales, transport, warehouse, and field-based teams.
