The Customer Service-Cold Chain (Cartoncloud & Microsoft dynamics experience) is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of service within a cold chain warehouse environment. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records to support cold chain compliance and customer satisfaction.
