- Office operates 7 days a week between 5.30am and 5.30pm
Our express staff play an important role ensuring that our customers get the best service possible. Services are getting busier and busier, and we need more team members to help assist with the daily dispatch of our coaches, process bookings, meet & greet our passengers as well as assisting with enquiries from our customers about all the services we operate nationally.
This means working in a busy 7-day customer service team on a roster interacting daily with our customers. A great attitude, professional presentation and a can-do attitude will see you succeed in this role.
