Job Description

Drive customer satisfaction with Graymont as a Customer Service Coordinator in a Hybrid role in BC, AB, or ON. Manage orders and communication while supporting a positive customer experience.
This full-time, permanent role offers you the chance to support customer relationships and efficiently process orders using Salesforce. You will resolve customer inquiries, collaborate with sales and operations teams, and contribute insights for service enhancements and operational efficiencies.
