- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and services
- Prepare and manage quotations, orders, pricing, and service schedules
- Coordinate service appointments and daily schedules for service engineers
- Resolve customer complaints, pricing discrepancies, and service-related issues
- Maintain and update customer records and service documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Support internal/external seminars and administrative tasks for the service department
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
