Customs Customer Service (English Speaker)

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to import customs clearance processes, shipment status, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end import clearance processes, including document preparation, customs submission, duty payment, and cargo release
- Liaise with customs brokers, internal operations teams, and government authorities (Bea Cukai) to ensure smooth and timely clearance of import shipments
- Review and verify import documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other required customs documents for accuracy and completeness
