Loveholic.sg is a trusted preloved luxury resale platform in Singapore. We are looking for a team player to join our highly effective team.
Job scope- Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, product listing, display shelf management etc
- Assess condition of items and write clear descriptions
- Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
- Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Training will be provided
- Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself
- Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people
