As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding technical issues through various communication channels, including Internet-based systems, telephone calls, and email. You play a crucial role in providing prompt and effective solutions to both personal and business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
