About the job Customer Service Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing / Vision System) Responsibilities- Perform assembly, installation, setup, and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and optical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Execute machine upgrades, calibration, and customer buy-off testing according to technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers via on-site service, remote calls, and user training.
- Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
