Tasks
- Providing personal IT support directly at the service point
- Assisting with everyday IT issues (Windows, hardware, Office, mobile devices)
- Issuing, exchanging, and receiving laptops, monitors, and accessories
- Performing minor technical checks and troubleshooting
- Documenting issues in the ticketing system
- Working closely with experienced IT specialists
