Key Responsibilities
- Handle live chat on websites
- Handle customer emails on a regular basis
- Handle live customer calls
- Resolve possible issues of customers
- Handle e-commerce based customers
Requirements
- Minimum graduation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Speak English fluently
- Can work from 1 PM to 10 PM PAK Time
- Experienced candidates preferred
- E-commerce background preferred
- Number of position: 2
