Responsibilities
- Assist customers with placing and modifying store or grocery orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and feedback regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
- Provide accurate updates on order status, delivery timelines, and manage returns due to cancellations, incorrect orders, or duplicate orders placed on the same day.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate order processing and proper assignment to delivery routes.
- Communicate efficiently with delivery personnel to facilitate a smooth handover for timely deliveries.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
