Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing and Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.
What Will You Do:
Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service issues.
Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
