Bob the Baker Boy is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced and passionate team. You’ll be the voice of the brand—helping customers with their cake orders, replying to messages and tickets, and assisting in ensuring all morning deliveries run smoothly.
We need someone bright, efficient, and calm under pressure. Someone who shows up early, smiles often, and isn’t afraid of multitasking.
This role is NOT for you if:- You can’t report to work by 7:30 AM daily
