Job Details
- Contract: 2 years (renewable based on performance & headcount needs)
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Location: Depot Road
- Pay: Up to $3000 + PB (Performance Bonus)
- Handle customers’ queries (via telephone / email) escalated from Call Centre
- Handle queries from walk-in customers
- Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet e-services
- Engage customer in change management campaigns
- Suggest improvements arising from feedback or interaction with customers
- Submit daily report in a timely manner
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.
