Roles & Responsibilities Prepares and respond to customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes. Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders. Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation subsequent to invoice generation. Engage in departmental discussions to resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service or any other sales-related issues. Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations. Requirements Degree education in Logistics or possesses a Chemistry background. Relevant work experience in the Logistics or Transportation field with no less than 2 years in the related industry is a must Experience in tank freight operations, fleet control & management & Tanks leasing will be preferable.
