The Challenges- Coordinate shipments, schedule bookings, and prepare documents required for international shipping (air, sea, and road transport).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments, processing orders, and providing quotes.
- Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination, proactively communicate any delays, and manage client expectations.
