About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Executive position at Min Seng Auto Pte Ltd, located in Macpherson, Central Region. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing all customer enquiries and requests efficiently.
What you’ll be doing- Responding to incoming calls or emails for sales & support inquiries pertaining to the company’s product lines in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and packing list
- Track customer’s orders and schedule delivery when required
- Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
