Key Responsibilities
Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveriesLiaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvementsMonitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through with the new processAttend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholdersReview the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence
