Handle customer interaction over phone, counter, email and other digital channels
Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Handle collection of payments and related administrative duties such as applying for government funding for the courses
Prepare for courses such as printing of attendances and packing of course materials
Send invoices and other related documents to clients and participants
Other adhoc duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience in customer service role.
Relevant experience in a training centre or customer service-related environment is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Must be fluent in written and spoken English fluency in Mandarin is a bonus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Must be able to work on alternate Saturday mornings (...
