**Title:** Customer Service III
**Location:** Princeton, NJ (100% Onsite)
**Duration:** 6 Months
**Pay Range:** $30/hr to $33/hr (On W2)
**Shift Time:** 08:30am to 05:00pm
We are looking for a **“Customer Service“** to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
**Job Summary:**
Receives and places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures with the assistance of a computerized system.This job handles both inbound and outbound calls, but excludes other surveyed jobs such as Customer Service, Credit/Collections, and Full Account Management.
**Top Skills:**
+ Takes a high volume of inbound or places outbound calls to provide information and services to customers
+ Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
+ Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
