As our Customer Service Intern, you play a critical role in supporting order management, resolving customer queries, and improving data accuracy across systems. You will assist in daily operations while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
You will be reporting to Customer Service Manager, and you will manage:
Order Management & Processing:
Support order entry and validation in SAP
Monitor order status and ensure timely processing
Assist in resolving order discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse and commercial teams
Maintain accurate order records
Customer Support & Coordination:
Respond to customer inquiries on orders and deliveries
Support issue resolution and follow-ups
