Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, order status, delivery times, and company policies.
- Assist customers with general queries, complaints, and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are addressed effectively.
- Process customer orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges per company policies.
- Resolve product defects, delivery problems, and payment discrepancies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management as needed for prompt resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive problem-solving.
