A growing distribution company is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead a team of Account Coordinators supporting customers throughout the Western U.S.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, partnering with Sales and Operations, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee customer accounts, coach a seasoned team, and help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
