Overview
The Sales and After-Sales Support Manager oversees the end-to-end customer experience—from initial inquiry to post-delivery support—ensuring seamless coordination between the sales, design, and technical teams. This role manages Sales Coordinators, Interior Designers, and AutoCAD Operators to ensure accurate proposals, prompt customer service, and successful project execution. The manager focuses on customer satisfaction, improving internal workflows, driving sales efficiency, and addressing post-sales concerns.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Sales Coordinators in processing quotations, sales orders, and client communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Designers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable furniture solutions.
- Review client contracts, proposals, and layout plans for accuracy and feasibility.
