Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Customer Support
Respond to customer enquiries via
WhatsApp, phone, email and social media
Assist customers with
menu information, reservations and order enquiries
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels
Order Coordination
Process and coordinate
catering orders, delivery orders and bulk orders
Liaise with
kitchen teams, outlets and delivery partners
to ensure smooth fulfilment
Track order status and proactively update customers
Sales Support
Assist with
corporate catering enquiries and event orders
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and order confirmations
Upsell menu items and recommend suitable packages to customers
Operations Support
Maintain accurate order records in POS or internal systems
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal menu launches
