Customer Service (Matchmakers) Team Lead
Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based.
Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings:
- Morning: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Afternoon: 2 PM to 11 PM
Office Location:
- DHA, Phase 5, 26th Street, Karachi
- Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi
- North Nazimabad, Block D, Five Star, Karachi
Requirements
- 4+ Year Matchmaking experience in a fast-paced organization with at least one year as a senior matchmaker or team lead
- Educated (Inter, Graduate, Masters) with good grades
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
- Talkative and ability to convince people about their life choices
- Excellent Command & Speed on Computer, WhatsApp, Internet Applications
