Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Customer Service Officer.
Contract: 6 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $37.59 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) customers by actively listening to enquiries, understanding individual needs and resolving issues to achieve positive outcomes for both customers and KEL.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to KEL, ensuring documentation, processes and record-keeping align with regulatory requirements and Council-approved policies and guidelines.
- Support the effective operation of the service by following established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement in customer service and administration practices.
