Job Description
Monthly Salary: Up to S$2200 per month, plus bonus and allowance.
Location: Beach Road
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers’ enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls.
- Attend to walk‑in customers where required.
- Mentor junior staff when assigned.
- Take on ad‑hoc assignments.
- Shift A: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Shift B: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
- Shift C: 11:30 am – 9:00 pm
- Saturday and public holidays: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
