As a Customer Service Officer at the Royal Adelaide Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our facility, ensuring every client, staff member, and visitor receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our front-line services, including handling enquiries at the Switchboard and Enquiries Desk, responding to emergency calls, and coordinating messages and paging with care and precision.
