We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Deception Bay, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager.
As a key member of the team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company and enjoying being part of the local community. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, merchandising, liaising with customers and suppliers.
You will provide and maintain a professional and timely service with appropriate information to varied enquiries via phone, email and importantly face to face service. The role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Providing excellence in customer service and the customer journey
