:What will you work on?• Follow the order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.
How will you create impact?
• Handle a range of program management services for customers.
• Handle and coordinate orders from item quotation to customers, sample arrangement, customer PO management (from PO receipt to shipment), shipment instruction release, customers required testing, inspection arrangements, and customer service.
• Oversee direct import or intracompany order fulfillment and respond for order related issue.
• Communicate with buyers/buying offices, promptly respond to queries, and ensure promises are kept, review KPI, maintain and expand relationship with existing customers.
