Responsibilities
- Ensure all company-endorsed patients are properly monitored and prioritized at the receiving reception.
- Oversee patient flow by acting as a triage officer, assigning patients to appropriate units and floors, and escalating concerns to the Customer Service Office, Medical Operations Director, or Associate Manager for Client Customer Relations when necessary.
- Monitor rush patients’ PEME progress, including follow-up test results, to provide timely updates on medical status as required.
- Performcharged other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business-related or Medical-related course
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications
- At least one (1) year of experience in Customer Service in any industry
