Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and update milestone tracking across multiple countries to ensure timely operational visibility.
- Respond promptly to customer and internal queries via email and Teams chat, providing accurate and relevant information.
