About the role
As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for supporting one of our key customers by ensuring accurate order processing, proactive communication and high service quality. You act as an important link between the customer, internal operational teams and external agents.
Together with your team, you monitor daily transport flows, handle operational questions and ensure that customer expectations are met.
In this dynamic environment, no two days are the same, as customer needs and operational requirements continuously evolve.
